Make It With Claude

Digital fabrication guides for the design-to-machine workflow: getting an idea into a model, a model into a toolpath, and a toolpath onto a printer, CNC, or laser without wrecking a spindle to learn it.

Five guides are planned. The first is drafted and in production; the rest follow in the order below. Each will be a PDF plus working files, on the same single-user license as everything else here.

  1. 3D Printing Fundamentals — 14 chapters, printer setup through reliable multi-part prints. in production
  2. Design to Model — parametric modeling for parts that have to fit, with OpenSCAD and a GUI CAD alternative.
  3. Vector and CNC — from SVG to cut file; what a router and a laser each need from your drawing.
  4. G-code — reading it, editing it by hand, and generating it from Python when the slicer won't do what you want.
  5. CNC and Laser Operation — work-holding, feeds and speeds, safety, and recovering from the mistakes everyone makes once.

Want to know when the first guide ships? Email with "Make It" in the subject and you'll get one message when it's live, nothing else.
